Terms of Use

Shople is a free daily browser game. We provide it "as is," with no warranty of any kind, and no guarantee of uptime, availability, or data accuracy. Brand data (revenue, employee counts, founding dates, etc.) is drawn from public sources and may be approximate or out of date.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may not: scrape or systematically extract data from the Service; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game; attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass the answer-validation endpoint; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Shople does not require an account. Gameplay stats are stored in your browser only (see Privacy Policy).

Brand names appearing in the Service are used nominatively, solely to identify the brands for gameplay purposes. Shople is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand featured. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. We do not display third-party logos, wordmarks, or brand visual identities in the Service.

The Service displays third-party advertisements and may link to external brand or informational content. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any advertiser or linked site. Any interaction you have with an advertiser or a linked site is solely between you and that party.

If you are a rights holder and have a concern about your brand's inclusion or the data shown, contact hello@playshople.com. We will review same-day and, if warranted, remove the entry.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, including automated scraping, bot-driven play, or attempts to bypass the answer-validation system.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdJamVentures LLC and its members from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdJamVentures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and AdJamVentures LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including hosting provider outages or denial-of-service attacks.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
